Care To You Healthcare Ltd is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people in their own homes within the community.
Our dedicated team of carers provide a range of professional and caring home care services that are tailored to meet the needs of our care recipients across the East and West Sussex.

Domiciliary care is care that is provided in the comfort of your own home. It is appealing for anyone with increased care needs wishing to maintain their independence and quality of life at home.
Domiciliary care can support an individual with practical tasks, personal care, or medication, to name a few! It can be relatively simple from helping you get up and about in the morning to supporting with respite visits. Domiciliary care can be convenient for many people; some may need regular visits from carers or even 24/7 live in care.
At Care To You Healthcare, a member of our Senior Management Team will organise an assessment (free of charge) in your home and determine how’s best to meet your needs. From there we will develop a care plan with you at the centre, that will meet your needs and put you in control of your care.

Our Electronic Call Monitoring and Rostering system allows you access to your schedule; keeping you in the loop when it comes to your care.
As part of our commitment to care excellence, you will have access to a team of friendly staff to answer your call within normal office hours.
