Rosemary
Owner & Registered Manager
Rosemary worked for many years as a Senior Nurse at the Conquest hospital in Hastings before making the decision to set up her own Domiciliary Care Service. Rosemary is responsible for ensuring that our service is safe, caring, responsive, effective, and well-led.
Alex
Care Manager
Our Care Manager is responsible for leading the senior team in partnership with the Registered and Assistant Care Manager to deliver a safe and effective care service to our clients living in the community. Their role includes the organisation of our care services, including referrals, advice, support and management of our Care Team. Our Care Manager is also our multi-disciplinary liaison and safeguarding lead.
Jordan
Assistant Care Manager
Working in collaboration with Alex (our Care Manager), Jordan’s role is to assist with managing the care received by our valued clients and liaising with Healthcare Professionals and local authorities to determine the best pathway for each client. He oversees the care provided to clients in Eastbourne and Seaford whilst assisting with care planning in Bexhill-on-Sea and Hastings also.
Monet
CARE CO-ORDINATOR
Monet is responsible for the creation and management of our rotas for our clients and carers. Her duties include: liaising with clients, their families and multi-disciplinary teams as required. Monet is the first point of contact for enquiries from both our clients and the care team. She is always happy to assist with any query big or small.
Anzhela
Team Administrator
Anzhela assists our registered manager with all areas of our business and administrative processes and assists with the development of the philosophy, goals and objectives for our administrative and financial practice. Our administrator is responsible for maintaining the administrative and financial services in accordance with best practice, co-ordinating our recruitment and HR processes and carer liaison.
Penelope
Service Improvement and Quality Assurance Manager
In her role, Penny supports the Registered and Care Manager by monitoring the quality of our services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and identifying areas of improvement.

What types of shifts do you offer?
We are constantly growing and have a wide variety of shifts you can choose from. We have long shifts, short shifts, day shifts, night shifts, transportation shifts and live-ins. We are available 24hrs a day 7 days a week so we are flexible and will work around your schedule.
Where we are?
We currently have our office in Bexhill. We’re expanding our team and there may be positions available for you to work for the office or out in the field.
